This is one of my brother-in-law’s recipes and it is yummy. Smashed chaos potatoes is somewhere between a potato mash and boiled potato with herbs. It is perfect for the days where you still want to enjoy the amazing summer potato, but have had them boiled all week and want something else.
Smashed chaos potatoes is super easy to make and the dish is really tasty. Once the first rush of new potatoes is done, I prefer the smashed chaos potatoes to regular boiled ones. We once served them to my father in law who totally overate potatoes. In the summer people don’t even complain about the lack of gravy when we serve this.
