  • 1 tablespoon cloves ground
  • 1 tablespoon ginger ground
  • 1 tablespoon black or white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon galangal ground


  1. Measure the spices out and mix them together
  2. Store in a dark place and it will keep for months.
